The Ocracoke Civic & Business Association is a non-profit corporation organized primarily to further the common good and general welfare of residents of and visitors to Ocracoke. The organization provides opportunities for dialogue, education, advancement and improvement of all aspects of its Contributors through meetings, training, communications, publications, and other programs and activities.
